Heippahei!

Ps. Kisoihin on enää alle 2 viikkoa!!! J

Howdy!

Now all the official training camps of the Finnish national taido team are over. The last camp was held in the Pajulahti Sports Centre on 12-14th of July. During the camp it was tested, how does it really feel to compete, making whole jissen and hokei performances like they will be done during the Championships on 3rd of August. The feeling of “reality” was even more plausible, as the referees were present and the performances were evaluated! There were many top performances both in the individual as well as team performances. Team spirit of the national team is good, and it helps to do one’s best all the way. The spirit was actually needed during the maximum endurance training in the Sunday morning, when everybody really had to challenge themselves! However, the training doesn’t end here as every member of the team continues to finalise their own performances with good feedback!

PS. It is only less than 2 weeks to the World Championships!! J
